He is an experienced hand in conceptualizing and implementing projects related to communications, digital marketing, media & PR, P&L management, sales force effectiveness, partnerships and stakeholder management.

Currently, Senior Vice President and Head of Bancassurance at Green Delta Insurance PLC. In his previous role as Head of Health Insurance at Pragati Life Insurance PLC, under his prudent leadership, the organization had achieved significant yearly revenue growth, secured substantial underwriting profit, expanded bancassurance and alternative delivery channels and hospital networks, and achieved prestigious ISO 27001:2022 certification for information security management.

Kawser, kicked off his career at Evercare Hospital (formerly Apollo Hospitals) and worked in various leadership positions at Julphar (UAE-based MNC), Apex Pharma, and Noapara Group for both local and international markets for more than 15 years and played a critical role in leading high-performing teams, restructuring business operations, and introducing new products in the market.

Beyond corporate success, Kawser is deeply committed to professional development and mentorship, frequently engaging with industry peers through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and advisory roles. He frequently delivers presentations at industry conferences and has authored a variety of business articles for both newspapers and online publications.

Kawser holds a double master's degree from American Intl. University-Bangladesh and East West University and has participated in different trainings. He has also attended various international seminars and symposiums. He is a registered Pharmacist by the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh and a member of the East West University Alumni Association, MNC Professionals Alliance, Corporate Executive Club Ltd., etc.

He is also a freelance IELTS trainer, helping people to scale up their language skills and achieve a desired score for a better future ahead.

Outside of work, he is an avid traveler, movie fanatic, and fitness enthusiast and loves to learn new skills on a regular basis.
